Fork & Friends Pairing Dinner with Kettle Range

Fork & Friends Pairing Dinner with Kettle Range

Pearl & CadeMilwaukee, WI
Tuesday, Mar 24 from 6 pm to 9 pm
Overview

41Fork Hospitality presents a five-course, meat-forward dinner with Kettle Range beef, paired perfectly by Neat beverages.

We’re giving our pairing dinners a fresh perspective. Instead of starting with the wine, we’re starting with what we love most: the food.

Our Fork & Friends dinner series brings together chefs from the 41Fork Hospitality family (Noble Catering & Events and Wandering Fork) alongside industry friends to create thoughtful, ingredient-driven menus designed to be shared and experienced together. Of course, there will still be excellent NEAT Beverage pairings throughout the evening, but this time, the culinary story takes the lead.

For our March dinner, we’re partnering with Kettle Range Meats Co. for a five-course, meat-forward experience celebrating exceptional sourcing and bold flavor featuring Kettle Range’s sustainably raised, grass-fed beef from cattle that are humanely treated and pasture-raised to thrive in our regional climate. Each course highlights the depth and integrity of pasture-to-plate cooking. Five courses. Five pairings. Crafted with purpose.

Corn Bisque

Crispy lardons and scallions

Dry Creek Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc

Kettle Range Pate

Chicken pate, smoked blue cheese, potato crisp, leek green

Cannonball Chardonnay

Dry-Aged Kansas City Strip

Lions Mane, roasted onion, yuka root, sauce Anchoïade

Caymus-Suisun Grand Durif Red Wine

Dry-Aged Pork Chop

Miso apple butter, Asian pear, fennel kimchi, mushroom

Frank Family Vineyards Pinot Noir

Gooey Maple Pie

Pork rind crumbs, bacon pecan praline sauce, smoked bourbon ice cream

Wagner Family Conundrum Red Blend

As an added bonus, a portion of the evening’s proceeds will benefit Blood Cancer United, helping support their important work in our community.
