Assorted Greek sampler: tzatziki, whipped feta dip, olives, dolmades, warm pita.

Course 2: Spanakopita
Flaky puff pastry filled with creamy spinach, feta, and herbs

Course 3: Grilled Lamb Souvlaki
Marinated lamb skewers, grilled tender. Served with tzatziki, rice pilaf, lemon potatoes.

Course 4: Baklava
Layers of phyllo, walnuts, cinnamon, soaked in honey syrup.
