The Art of Meaning: Cards as Reflection
Explore cards as a shared language of insight, presence, and perspective rather than something to master.
There are many ways to engage with cards — and not all of them are about learning to “read” them. Sometimes, cards simply become a doorway into recognizing how Spirit is already present and communicating in your life.
In this collaborative workshop, Erin Brown and Rob Barthelman from Intuitive Intention invite you into a different kind of experience — one where cards serve as reflective companions rather than something to interpret or master. Instead of focusing on techniques or traditional meanings, we will explore how a single image (or current event) can illuminate the themes unfolding in your life right now and how meaning naturally emerges when you allow yourself to notice what resonates.
This workshop is designed for both experienced card readers and those who have never considered themselves “readers” at all. Together, we will create a grounded and supportive space where participants engage with the cards not as tools for performance or accuracy, but as mirrors that reveal their existing relationship with guidance, timing, and inner awareness.
Rob, the artist and creator behind four oracle and tarot decks, will share insight into the intention and energetic foundation behind his card decks. Erin and Rob will guide the group through reflection and conversation centered on your present life experience. This is not a workshop about learning to read cards. Instead, it is about using imagery as a quiet entry point into self-awareness — noticing what feels aligned, what feels unsettled, and what may be asking for attention in this chapter of your life.
Each ticket purchase will include access to an exclusive discount code for Rob’s deck, allowing participants to receive their cards in time for the workshop and deepen their connection to the experience.
If you feel drawn to the imagery of cards, are seeking perspective in your current season, or simply desire space to reflect and reconnect, this workshop offers an opportunity to explore meaning in a way that feels natural, personal, and supportive.
