Stuck in your writing? In need of a little more time or inspiration? Book Club Bar introduces its Drink 'N Draft writing night, designed to get you out of your head and onto the page. Each night includes a series of visual prompts that will lead you toward new creative choices in your work. This laptop-free/handwriting exercise means less editing, less judgment, less distraction, and more writing and discovery.
You're invited to write something new, continue a work-in-progress, or see where the evening takes you. We'll finish the night with time to share what you've written. All genres are welcome, no matter your writing experience.
Little Nights is a pop-up series designed to make art-making more accessible to new audiences. It hosts interdisciplinary events in different locations around New York City, including nights on writing, drawing, storytelling, and more.
What your ticket includes:
- support for the instructor
- materials
- $8 toward any drink at the bar
