A 6-Week Leadership & Stability Intensive for Transgender Women

Women of Trans Experience proudly presents The Phoenix Fellowship, a transformative 6-week program designed to support transgender women in building stability, strengthening economic power, and developing leadership skills in an affirming and empowering space.

This fellowship blends personal growth, resource navigation, professional development, and advocacy training into one structured and supportive experience.

Participants will receive guidance in:
• Stabilization and goal planning
• Health and resource navigation
• Resume and professional branding development
• Financial literacy and income pathways
• Know Your Rights education
• Public speaking and storytelling training

Each cohort meets once per week for six weeks and concludes with a graduation showcase and networking opportunity.

The Phoenix Fellowship is ideal for transgender women seeking increased financial stability, stronger community connection, and the confidence to lead and advocate for themselves and others.

Spots are limited for each Spring and Fall cohort.
