Join Us for a Commemorative Event & Celebration at the FDR Memorial!
Speakers include:
- Jonathan Darman, Moderator – Historian and Author of Becoming FDR;
- U.S. Senator Tom Harkin (retired) – Co-Chair of the 25th Anniversary;
- Anna Eleanor Fierst - Board Chair, The Eleanor Roosevelt Center at Val-Kill; great- granddaughter of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt
- Theo Braddy – Executive Director, National Council on Independent Living;
- Alexandra Reeve Givens - President & CEO of the Center for Democracy & Technology; Board of Directors of the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation;
- Noriko Fujinami - Administrator of the Estate of Robert Graham;
- William Raimondo - Firefighter with the City of Hackensack, NJ
- Regan Linton – actor, writer, filmmaker, and artistic creator; playwright and star of the theatrical production FDR’s Very Happy Hour, which debuted in 2025;
Performance by Lachi – Author of “I Identify as Blind”, CEO of RAMPD, Recording Academy National Trustee, Disability Culture Icon, and Producer of a GRAMMY-Nominated Album.

Time: Refreshments at 5:30pm; program commences at 6:00pm; light reception to follow.
