Door opens at 5:30pm. The event starts at 6pm.

FOOD & BEVERAGE:

• Full Bar available
• BBQ Dinner Buffet (2 buffet tables with 2 lines each) designed by the Executive Chef Sarah Trampert and her Culinary Team at Ducey's on the Lake will be served from 6:30pm - 8pm.
• No outside food or beverage will be allowed into the venue.

SEATING:

• This year, we are going to offer THREE seating areas and one VIP Table

1. Tables on the UPPER DECK (main seating area, marked with letter D) are near the stage and bar, set up under shaded outdoor tent.

2. Tables on the LOWER DECK (pavers seating, marked with letter P) are set below the pool area under umbrellas. Limited or no stage view; great view of the fireworks.

3. Tables on the LAWN (grass seating, marked with letter L) are set under umbrellas. No stage view.

• All tables are shared. Guests make their table/seat selection at the time of purchase.
• Tables are numbered; seats are not. Table diagram will be provided for guests' convenience, please select your seats as indicated at the time of purchase.
• If you are attending with a larger party, please book your tickets in one order and select preferred seats. We are not able to guarantee adjoining seating from separate orders.
• No refunds, transfers or seating changes after purchase.
• Tickets are sold online and reservations are required. We are not able to accept any bookings over the phone or walk-ins.
• We are offering an add-on for "companion seating" for infants under the age of 2. Companion seating is complimentary, but a child is expected to remain in their carrier. Seating is tight, please note that strollers cannot be accommodated, but you can park them in the designated area at the event. If you expect your child to have a seat at the table - please purchase a child ticket, regardless of age.

• DECK / DANCE FLOOR seating:

Adult: $120 (12+) | Seniors: $110 (65+) | Child: $60 (under 12)

• LAWN / LOWER DECK seating:

Adult: $110 (12+) | Seniors: $100 (65+) | Child: $60 (under 12)

Standard Pricing (April 18-July 2)

• DECK / DANCE FLOOR seating:

Adult: $130 (12+) | Seniors: $120 (65+) | Child: $70 (under 12)

• LAWN / LOWER DECK seating:

Adult: $120 (12+) | Seniors: $110 (65+) | Child: $70 (under 12)

VIP TABLE:

This year we are offering one table under the Gazebo with extra ammenities. The table can seat a maximum of 8 people, but regardless of your party size, the cost is $1750 + Eventbrite Fees. Price includes all of the above as well as;

• One bucket of beer and one bottle of wine
• 2 parking spaces located just feet away from the venue entrance
• Prime location with a great view of the Lake, Upper Deck and Lawn and an overhead view of the stage from the back left side (see below for reference)
• First access to the Buffet
• 1 Red, White, and Blue Pie made fresh by our Chef

Gratuity, Sales Tax, and eventbrite processing fees will be ADDED and collected at the time of booking. Prices listed online in the cart (as listed above + $19 to $39) are all inclusive of concert, dinner and all fees. Bar drinks not included.

**** We consider a child of age if they are taking a seat & place setting at a table (like a high chair). Children ages 2 and under; in their own carrier seat can enter free of charge. Seating is tight, please note that strollers cannot be accommodated.****

How to purchase:

1. Select Ticket Type and continue to payment. Your seats will be selected automatically, but you will be able to 'edit' them and make your own selection.

2. Buy on Map - select favorite seats and tickets types from the layout.

FIREWORKS:

Fireworks are sponsored by the Bass Lake Chamber of Commerce. The show is scheduled to take place at dusk, which is around 9/9:15pm and will last approx. 15-20 minutes.

PARKING:

Parking is free but very limited.

Hotel Guests will be asked to park near their rooms. Event guests will have to claim their passes at the time of ticket purchase. Please select the number of needed passes and provide us with license plate numbers; email Juliana Milam at jmilam@basslake.com with your question regarding Parking Pass Needs.

**Note: each order (up to 5 people) comes with one (1) parking pass. As a courtesy, orders of 6 or more seats will be issued additional pass, for a total of two (2). Parking is extremely limited so we encourage guests to carpool. A shuttle will be available to transport guests from overflow parking at the Old Government Center.
