What should I wear?

If you have a workout ticket, we recommend wearing athletic attire that you feel comfortable moving in. If you’re attending the panel discussion only, feel free to wear whatever makes you most comfortable!

How do I find the venue?

We are hosting the entire event at MADabolic Arlington. The workout will be in the studio and the panel will be in a nearby conference room. Everyone attending will come to the same address, 3100 Clarendon Blvd. The door code to enter the building is 3100#

What should I bring?

If you’re joining us for the workout, feel free to bring a towel and a water bottle. We’ll also have water available for purchase, along with a fountain for refills.
