Inner Wild - Men's Weekend Retreat

RG9 6SYHambleden, England
Friday, May 15 at 6 pm to Sunday, May 17 at 4 pm
Overview

Strip back routine. Reclaim instinct, authority and strength through land, elements and brotherhood.

THE INNER WILD – Weekend Retreat for Men

Dates: Friday 15 – Sunday 17 May 2026 (Arrive 6pm on Friday, Leave 4pm Sunday)

Location: Bagmoor Farm

Step out of everyday routine, leave your phone away and return to the deeper, calmer, more playful and instinctive you.

This weekend immersion on the land works through the body, the elements and shared experiences with other men, to help you release old patterns, meet edges with support, and reconnect with your inner authority, strength, instinct and playfulness.

Think of it like this. The land does not ask you to perform. It strips things back. It takes what is unnecessary and returns it to the soil, knowing that what remains is what’s true.

Men in their bodies. Men in truth. Men held by brotherhood - remembering how to stand with Integrity, Grounding, Presence and Playfulness.

THIS RETREAT IS ABOUT:

  • Learning to Trust and listen to the signals from your body.
  • Learning to be Present with and understand your emotions.
  • Learning Tools to calm your mind.
  • Building Resilience through Play and Surrender.
  • Forming bonds through shared challenge.

Through time in nature, breathwork, intentional movement and rest, and playful practice, we create space for what’s real to emerge - without force, without pressure.

You’ll be guided through practices that awaken instinct, build trust in yourself, and invite clarity through direct experience rather than conversation alone.

You will learn how to be more present with yourself and others, experience and learn practices that will balance your Nervous System and allow you to flourish, feel more joy and connection and live in closer alignment with what really matters to you .

There is a challenge here - and there is care.

Nothing is done alone. Nothing is rushed.

WHAT OTHERS SAY:

“The most profound thing for me was to be honest with myself and with other people. As men you don’t often open up about your feelings. Wiseheart created a very safe space to share. We started as total strangers, and at the end of the day you’re hugging and going home as friends.”

- Seb Hemkes, previous workshop participant

---------

"I feel like I know myself a little bit better, just do it."

-Josh Hanson, previous workshop participant

----------

“During the retreat, I learned things about being a man that I had once believed applied only to heterosexual men. I was enlightened to discover that, regardless of our orientation, we all carry deeply rooted cultural messages about manhood- messages that no longer serve us as we enter the second chapter of our lives. Unpacking these together, as a community of men from diverse backgrounds, was both liberating and healing.
Thank you for creating such a powerful, inclusive space. Your work is changing lives, and I am profoundly grateful to have been one of its beneficiaries.”

- Jarod Smith, previous workshop participant
