Embark on an elegant journey through Sonoma and Napa during an intimate evening of food and wine pairing at Pez Vela Fusion Kitchen. Guests will be welcomed with a selected complimentary pour to begin the night before experiencing a curated regional tour of five exceptional vintage estate wines.

Executive Chef Sergio Riglos will personally craft a multi-course menu, thoughtfully designed to complement each wine’s character and expression. From bright, aromatic whites to structured, expressive reds, each course will highlight the depth and diversity of California’s most celebrated wine regions.

Throughout the evening, guests will be guided through each pairing, with detailed tasting notes and insight into the vineyards, winemaking philosophy, and regional character behind every bottle. Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase bottles of the featured wines to enjoy at home.

Policies:

- $25 deposit per guest is required to reserve a seat and will be credited toward your final bill at the end of the evening

- Must be 21+ to attend

- Reservations required; seating is limited
