Boots & Bevo: Texas Exes San Antonio Chapter 3rd Annual Scholarship Gala

Get ready to kick up your boots as we celebrate the Longhorn spirit and legacy while raising scholarship funds for future UT students.

The Texas Exes San Antonio Chapter invites you to join us for a memorable evening of Longhorn spirit and giving at our 3rd Annual Scholarship Gala. This year's event, Boots & Bevo: Honoring the Legacy, Impacting the Future, brings together alumni, supporters, and friends of the University of Texas at Austin to support life-changing scholarships for local students beginning their journey on the Forty Acres. Since 2018, our chapter has awarded more than $138,000 in scholarships to 76 students and proudly serves over 27,000 UT alumni in the San Antonio area.

Guests at this year's gala will enjoy an evening of elegance, tradition, and shared purpose, featuring:

• a cocktail reception and networking
• an elegant 3-course plated dinner
• recognition of our Legacy of Leadership Award honoree, Pat Frost
• The Longhorn Alumni Band
• a silent auction with unique items, experiences, and special memorabilia
• dancing, music, and lots of Longhorn fun

Silent Auction & Ballroom open at 6:30 pm

Your presence at this year's gala directly supports our mission to engage alumni, family, friends, and fans through fun and impactful events and raise scholarships for talented students to attend The University of Texas at Austin.

We offer multiple levels of support to accommodate your capacity to contribute and your preferences for recognition. Each tier helps offset gala expenses and maximize the impact on our scholarship program.

Texas Fight $7,500

• Premium VIP seating for 20 (2 tables)
• Featured logo placement on signage, table program, and all communication

• Opportunity to provide branded swag upon approval
• Bottle service (8 bottles of wine)

Littlefield $5,000

• Premium VIP seating for 10 (1 table)
• Logo placement on signage, table program, and all communication
• Recognition on social media, signage, and table program
• Acknowledgement from the podium
• Dedicated post on social media
• Opportunity to provide branded swag upon approval
• Bottle service (4 bottles of wine)

The Forty Acres $3,500

• VIP seating for 10 (1 table)
• Recognition on social media, signage, and table program
• Acknowledgement from the podium
• Bottle service (3 bottles of wine)

DKR $1,750

• Seating for 5 (½ of a table)
• Recognition on signage and table program
• Acknowledgement from the podium
• 5 extra drink tickets

Big Bertha $1,000

• Seating for 4
• Recognition on signage and table program
• Acknowledgement from the podium

The Alcalde $225 ($200 early bird)

• Single ticket for 1

General Information:

After you purchase your gala ticket(s), you will receive confirmation and additional event details.

Early Bird ticket sales are for The Alcade and are available from March 20 to April 20 for $200. No promo code needed. They will go up to $225 April 21st.

Each person attending the gala will receive 2 drink tickets to use at the bar. There will also be a cash bar available.

Level of Support Tier ticket orders must be received by May 1, 2026, in order to be included in the program, etc (if applicable).

All tickets and support tiers are subject to a transaction fee (service and processing).
