Two local industry experts will be hosting this class. Amy Trim is a 28 year lending veteran who shows passion for numbers and educating people. Tory Frol is a local realtor who is an expert at helping people understand if homebuying is the right path for them to achieve short-and long-term goals.

What if I don't know if I should rent forever or consider buying?

That is one of the outcomes that you should gain from attending this class! We start from the beginning with credit so you can see how mortgage lenders will view your credit history, which is different from how other borrowers may look at your credit. We cover pros and cons of renting versus buying.

Question 3

Seattle is expensive. Is this class only for people interested in buying in Seattle?

Accepted Answer

No! The instructors are both licensed throughout Washington state, so the information you will receive is applicable anywhere in our area. Our real life examples of helping homebuyers will cover unique aspects of homes in various cities, including mortgage grants available by county.
