Question 1

Do you have to be 21 to take the tour?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Just have to be 21+ to enjoy the beer samples.

Question 2

What if it rains/snows/sleets on my tour date?

Accepted Answer

If it is safe to do so, we will still give the Farm tour in the rain/snow! That said, your safety is our top priority, so if we do need to cancel we absolutely will. In that event, we will send you a coupon code to book a free ticket another month, or we will issue a refund upon request.

Question 3

Can I bring my dog on the tour?

Accepted Answer

Sure! As long as it feels like something you and your dog would enjoy together, leashed dogs are welcome to tag along.

Question 4

None of the offered dates work for my schedule! Do you offer any alternatives?

Accepted Answer

We do Private Tours upon request! Email us at tours@westsixth.com with your name, preferred date, time, and that you want to tour the farm. Someone will get back to you for payment and scheduling - typically within 24 hrs.

Question 5

Do you have tours at any other locations?

Accepted Answer

We only hold regularly scheduled public tours at the West Sixth Farm, and occasionally, we will host a specialized public tour/tour series in Lexington (i.e. Vacation Beer School, Haunted Tours). PRIVATE TOURS can be booked in Lex, Lou, and the Farm on your schedule by emailing tours@westsixth.com

Question 6

Do we have to buy tickets online, or can we just show up?

Accepted Answer

Farm tours can fill up fast, especially when the weather is good, so we recommend that you book on Eventbrite ahead of time. That said, we are happy to sell walk-up tickets same day, as long as we have space!

Question 7

Can we make a table reservation for the same day?

Accepted Answer

We don't take table reservations at the farm - but there's plenty of space to bring your whole crew!

Question 8

Can I do a farm tour as part of a birthday party/wedding celebration/other private event!

Accepted Answer

For sure! We do this a lot, actually. Whether you're in the process of booking your farm event, have already booked, or are looking to book a farm event + tour experience, just email privateevents@westsixth.com, and make sure to include that you want a tour add-on in your email!
