Tibetan & Quartz Crystal sound bowls are my tool of choice. Each bowl is tuned to a specific chakra or energy center in the body. The bowls are tuned to a specific frequency, so when played, they help dissolve anything from lower vibrational energies both in the space around you

During this class, we will experience a meditation that helps unlock your inner wisdom, waiting just below the surface. We will explore the known and unknown desires of your heart and process any old energies that might be holding you back. Once unblocked you will step into your
highest timeline using your imagination and the divine frequency of pure sound.

During the sound bath, all negative and lower frequencies will be removed so that you can clear space to hold the frequency of your wildest dreams. You will create coherence in your body on a cellular level and tune into the potential of your healthiest body, mind, and spirit.
