Join us  for a Sunday morning of movement, mindfulness, healthy food and fresh community energy at Alma Backyard Farms.

🌿 Farm Stand | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM Shop locally grown, seasonal produce directly from Alma Backyard Farms while supporting sustainable, community-based agriculture.🧘🏾‍♂️ GUC Wellness Workshop | 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM Experience a grounding wellness session led by former NBA player Yoga Bob, featuring: • Guided breathwork • All-level yoga flow • Mindfulness and meditation • Community reflectionThis workshop is open to all levels — beginners welcome. Come as you are.✨ What to Expect:<ul><li>A peaceful outdoor farm setting</li><li>Intentional movement and stress relief</li><li>Community connection</li><li>Access to fresh, local produce</li><li>A positive start to your Sunday</li></ul>Bring a yoga mat or we will provide one, water, and a friend.
