<h2>Play The Animal Game!</h2>Join me for The Animal Game—a fun, lighthearted disinhibition experience designed to help you drop everyday inhibitions and reconnect with your body, curiosity, and sensual instincts in a playful, consensual way.In this interactive workshop, you'll tap into your inner animal through guided movement, touch exploration, and instinctive play. Expect crawling, nuzzling, playful chasing, rolling around, and embodying your primal side—often with lots of laughter and breakthroughs in presence, vulnerability, and erotic energy. It's silly, freeing, and empowering, helping you get more in touch with authentic desire, touch, and sexuality without scripts or pressure.Who can attend? Anyone over 18 is welcome—singles, couples, and all relationship styles! No prior experience needed, and no partner required.What to wear/bring: Comfortable, loose clothing that lets you move freely and roll around on the floor (think yoga wear, sweats, or layers you can adjust). Cushions, chairs, animal like rugs are provided, feel free to bring your yoga mat or back jack, if preferred.Come ready to play, laugh, and explore with clear consent, boundaries, and safety as our top priorities. This is a sex-positive, inclusive space for curiosity and connection.Limited spots—grab your ticket now and let your inner animal out! 🐾

Facilitatior BioBrenna Lake is a Certified Somatica® Sex and Relationship Coach dedicated to helping you embrace who you are right now with love and acceptance, while guiding you toward the fulfilling life, love, and desires you truly want. After navigating the challenges of a long, sexless relationship and discovering through the Somatica training that differences in desire are normal—not failures—she launched her coaching practice in Charleston, SC in 2016 to share these empowering insights with others. With warmth and real-life wisdom, Brenna supports clients in creating authentic intimacy and deeply connected relationships.

<h3>Getting to Evolve Academy</h3>The Evolve Academy of Conscious Learning is located inside The Schoolhouse at 720 Magnolia Road, Suite 21, Charleston, SC 29407.Please park on the Magnolia Road side of The Schoolhouse building and enter through the double doors labeled “Events.” Once inside, turn left and you’ll find Evolve Academy in Suite 21.As a center for adult personal and professional development, many of our classes take place in the evenings and on weekends. If you happen to arrive late and find the exterior doors locked, simply knock gently on the window to the left of the doors—this is the Evolve classroom window. (Arriving a few minutes early is the smoothest way in.)Evolve is a serene, cozy space designed with nervous-system comfort in mind. You’ll find calm lighting, soft rugs and cushions, warm herbal tea, and neutral tones—intentionally curated to help you feel safe, grounded, and cared for. All are welcome. We love all of our neurodivergent friends, all of our friends of various genders, sexual orientations, ethnic backgrounds, physical challenges, and more. There is a handicap accessible ramp to enter the building. This is a safe space for you.Many of our classes are taught with our students seated on comfy cushions on the ground.
