Join us for a fun and interactive Pierogi Making Class with Chef Andy Ru at Alchemy Wine & Beer! Learn the secrets behind crafting delicious pierogi from scratch while sipping on some fantastic drinks. This in-person event is perfect for foodies and those looking to expand their culinary skills. This is a make it and take it cooking class. During this class, you will gather in groups where Chef Andy will guide you through making the perfect pierogi, along with teaching you various cooking tips and techniques. You will do everything from learning how to make the dough and fillings to stuffing and forming the pierogi. Together, we will MAKE IT – preparing the pierogi, right up to the point where you can TAKE IT to your home- to either finish cooking a fresh meal for family and friends, or freeze to finish and savor whenever it suits your busy lifestyle.

It can also be a great addition to your Easter meal!

You will receive three dozen pierogi, one of each flavor: Cheddar Potato, Banana Pepper and Cheese, and Farmers Cheese. Recipes also included.
