Join us for a nourishing Sunday immersion designed to help you release, reconnect, and reset for the week ahead. Sunday Reset at ARORA is a multi-modal wellness experience featuring two offerings:

Sacred Sundays are a conscious dance journey with a live DJ, created to support emotional release, embodied expression, and deep reconnection through rhythm and sound.

We begin with a grounding circle and immersive sound bath, setting a safe, intentional container for movement. From there, music becomes the medicine — inviting you to move what words cannot, soften resistance, and reconnect with your inner flow.

This is a space to breathe, release, and be witnessed without choreography, expectation, or performance.

EMBODY HER | A Monthly Women’s Circle

Our monthly Women’s Circle is a nurturing space for reflection, connection, and embodied exploration. This gathering offers a gentle pause from daily momentum — an opportunity to return to your body, listen inward, and be witnessed in supportive community.

Through gentle movement, journaling, Reiki, sound, and conscious connection, this multi-modal experience supports emotional clarity, nervous system regulation, and authentic self-inquiry.

All practices are invitational, choice-based, and accessible to all levels.

March Theme: Emergence 🌱

Aligned with the energy of the Spring Equinox, March’s circle explores gentle awakening and the subtle beginnings of new growth.

Together, we’ll reflect on the question: What wants to come forward now — gently?

This month invites curiosity, patience, and trust in what is naturally unfolding — honoring movement that is exploratory rather than directive.

Drop-ins for individual offerings are welcome, or join us for the full afternoon immersion.

What to Bring

We recommend bringing anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported, such as a blanket, bolster, eye pillow, journal, or cozy layers.

Yoga mats will be available at the studio if needed, and we encourage bringing something to write with for journaling and reflection.

The Women’s Circle is open to anyone who identifies as female and feels called to gather in supportive, heart-centered community. All experiences, identities, and levels of familiarity with these practices are warmly welcome.
