Adults seeking practical, simple tools to manage everyday stress, reduce anxiety, and feel less stuck. Ideal for beginners and anyone curious about mindfulness, with no prior meditation experience required.

What is the time commitment?

Six weekly in-person sessions on Tuesdays from 7:00–9:00 pm (April 14, 21, 28; May 5, 12, 19). Each two-hour session builds progressively to help you develop a sustainable personal mindfulness practice.

How is the typical class structured?

Guided meditation, short teachings, discussion, and practical exercises. You’ll also receive short, simple daily practices to support continuity between sessions.

An open and curious mind. If you have a meditation cushion or bench, please feel free to bring it.  You can bring something to drink, but no food, please.
