Join us to discuss updates on fresh produce safety science, audits and audit requirements!

This workshop is designed for anyone growing, harvesting, packing and handling fresh fruits and vegetables including produce grown indoors and in greenhouses. The practices we will discuss can apply to small and large farms alike.

During this meeting we will provide detailed updates on the following topics:

  • Final Pre-Harvest Water Rule: Frequently Asked Questions
  • Pre-Season Food Safety Check List: Maintenance practices in the field and packing areas
  • Preparing for both FSMA & GAP Certifications: Learn what you need for a FSMA Inspection and a 3rd Party GAP Audit
  • Strengthening food safety culture at your farm

A certificate of participation will be provided for this workshop for those who attend that can be used to show as proof of training during the farm's GAP Audit.

Deadline to register is April 24, 2026. No reimbursements will be provided 7 days before the class.
