Monica Hardesty is a Senior Buyer and Certified Procurement Officer with the City of Oklahoma City. Monica has worked in public and private Procurement for over fifteen years. She has been the outreach coordinator for SDBE or Small Disadvantaged Business Enterprises on behalf of Procurement Services in Finance since starting with Oklahoma City almost two years ago. Monica was also a small business owner for over fifteen years in three states. She brings a unique perspective in assisting small businesses with the onboarding process.
