A 3-part workshop series focused on building healthier, more connected relationships. Each class may be taken individually or as part of the full series.

1. Dynamics of a Relationship - Understand patterns, roles, and emotional needs in relationships.
2. Anger in Relationships - Learn healthy ways to understand and manage anger.
3. Communication - Improve listening, expression, and difficult conversations.
