The ABCs of Business Development is an ongoing series of virtual workshops covering foundational business development topics.

We end our 12-module cycle with a look at leadership skills. If you lead a business development team, you are most likely wearing multiple hats: salesperson, manager, coach, mentor, trainer...just to name a few. It's a daunting task to juggle so many responsiblities while also giving your team what they need to succeed. And even if you don't have an official BD team, there are ways to engage your entire staff in growing your business. Spend an hour on Zoom learning what smart leaders do to empower their teams.
