The ABCs of BD: The soft skills of winning business

The ABCs of Business Development is an ongoing series of virtual workshops covering foundational business development topics.

Call them soft skills, call them people skills, or call it social / emotional intelligence. The bottomline is reading people while being aware of your own thoughts and feelings is a very useful and advanced skill to have in sales - well, in all of business and life, too! Spend an hour on Zoom learning about self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, and relationship management - the foundations of emotional intelligence (EQ). You'll learn how to manage yourself to be more effective in business development, and build stronger relationships with others to be more successful overall.

BONUS! The register fee also includes a 2nd session devoted to a group discussion where you can share ideas and glean best practices from other attendees.
