BAAD!Ass Women Festival (BAW), celebrates the empowerment of women through art, culture and performance.

<p>This comprehensive Women’s Safety Seminar provides critical education on personal safety, including an in-depth look at sexual assault prevention, understanding perpetrator behaviors and profiles, and recognizing early warning signs of potential danger. Facilitated by three-time Impact Award–winning safety instructor Connie Pacheco, the seminar combines awareness with actionable strategies—teaching participants how to reduce vulnerability, trust their instincts, set firm boundaries, and respond effectively in threatening situations. The session concludes with practical self-protection techniques designed to build confidence, increase preparedness, and empower women to move through the world with greater security and strength.</p>
