This class is designed for ages 13 and up. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult who agrees to assist the minor as needed during the class. Contact the instructor if you have questions about this policy.

Abby Langdon is a textile artist with more than 15 years of experience creating fiber art in fun, innovative ways. Her career began on the indie craft show circuit in 2008 when she opened her business, abbydid, where she designed and produced plush creatures, mainly monsters, which now dwell (harmlessly) in homes around the world and have been featured in quite a few publications. This focus eventually evolved into 2D and 3D fiber art that appeared in gallery shows, art fairs, and commercially commissioned settings. Langdon's techniques and focus are ever-evolving, and now include a millinery business of handmade hats and accessories incorporating traditional techniques. See more of her art at abbydid.com.

If you are not feeling well, please contact the instructor instead of coming to the class. On a case-by-case basis, we may be able to reschedule you into a future class or provide a make-up lesson. Ticket fees are not normally refunded.

Depending on the CDC guidelines for Hamilton County at the time the class is held, a mask may be required. If so, you will be notified before the first class.

Fees are non-refundable. Your fee will only be refunded if the class is canceled or changed to a different date. Three registrations are required for a class to be held. Students will be notified before the start date if a class is canceled due to an insufficient number of students. Eventbrite processing and credit card payment fees will not be refunded if a student cancels for any reason.
