A showcase of historic homes in Newton, their renovations, preservation, and interior design choices.

Welcome to Historic Newton's Newton House Tour! Each year, Historic Newton presents the Newton House Tour to showcase historic homes in the city. Each private residence is carefully selected by a committee to exhibit how homeowners have made creative renovations and interesting interior design choices that add to the life of a historic structure. You'll come away with a greater appreciation for historic homes and inspiration for your own projects!

This is the 43rd annual Newton House Tour, and all proceeds benefit Historic Newton.

Begin your day at Durant-Kenrick House and Grounds to pickup your guidebook and wristband. The guidebook provides the location of each of the homes on the tour, and the wristband gives you access inside them. Transportation is not provided between sites; it is recommended that guests drive to each home, as they will span the city.

Newton House Tour is for guests over the age of 12. Children and strollers are not permitted inside the residences, and pets are prohibited. Please check the FAQ section for more!
