Immerse yourself in a grounding soundscape designed to support you in cultivating inner peace and coming home to yourself. In sacred space, we’ll begin with a guided meditation, calming the nervous system. The sound bath will follow, with the intention of harmonizing your body, mind, and heart. This session offers a blend of crystal singing bowls, drums, vocals, ethereal chimes, and more. No experience needed - just come as you are. Doors open at 2:45pm and we'll start at 3pm. Please bring a mat, if you have one. Mats are available to rent as well. Optional items to make it extra cozy: a blanket, pillow, and eye mask. Rental mats are available if you do not have your own. No cancellations. $30 til the Friday prior | $40 after
