What's Included:

• One drink from Wine Me Up (must be 21+ for alcoholic drinks)
• Tools and ingredients to make ramen (each guests get slices of Chashu, ramen eggs, ramen noodles, broth, and more)
• Cook your own noodles to preferred doneness
• Choose between two different broths (Tonkotsu or Miso)
• Build your own ramen bowl with the Ramen Bar with various toppings and add ons
• Chef demo of how to prepare a broth base and bowl plating
• Recipe cards of everything made and served in class
