It was originally designed as a year-long course covering the fundamentals of business development. It's evolved into a 12-module interactive series in which attendees can pick and choose which topics they want to learn. They can also join ongoing growth groups and add 1:1 coaching sessions.

What is the format of The ABCs of Business Development?

We meet every other Tuesday at 11am MT for 1 hour on Zoom. The 1st session in a month is the workshop, and the 2nd one is the group discussion. You'll have an assignment in between to help you deepen that month's topic. The group discussion fosters accountability as well as promotes shared ideas.

We cover the fundamentals of business development. So anyone new to growing a business, or anyone who wants/needs to get serious about their growth strategies, would find value in these interactive workshops. The entire series was primarily designed for entrepreneurs and SMB owners.
