I've never done breathwork. What should I be aware of?

No experience needed. You’ll be guided through the entire session. Expect deep relaxation, emotional release, and a calmer nervous system. If you’re pregnant or have medical conditions, consult your provider first & be sure to review the FAQ document linked in description for important safety info.

Breathwork is a proven, science-backed methodology. Paid experiences create deeper results. When you invest, you show up fully, stay present, and receive more from the journey. The small fee also supports the energy, preparation, and guidance that make this a powerful, high-quality experience.

What if I realize the session is not for me?

Accepted Answer

If you feel the session isn’t for you, don't worry. Our team would be happy to offer a refund as long as it’s requested within Eventbrite’s allowable refund window. Simply reach out via email within 24 hours after the event, and we'll take care of the rest.
