THIS IS A SERIES

Utah State University Extension is launching a new program to help older adults and caregivers gain confidence using technology. Discover how to use technology to manage your health, connect with loved ones, and stay safe online. This FREE, hands-on course is designed especially for adults 60+ and caregivers of loved ones with memory loss or dementia.

Class Dates: April 7, 14, 21, 28

Class Time: Every Tuesday in April from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm. Lunch provided.

The 4-week session topics include:

1) Accessing telehealth and online health portals,

2) Connecting with caregiver resources and support groups,

3) Using apps to manage medications and appointments, and

4) Protecting your privacy and avoiding online scams.
