Alchemy Wellness Center is turning three — and we’re celebrating the way we know best: by creating space for your nervous system to exhale.

The Alchemy Reset is a community wellness immersion designed to give you a taste of our most-loved offerings in intentional, accessible sessions throughout the day.

Move at your own pace. Stay for one experience or spend the afternoon restoring your body, mind, and energy. All experiences are paid at time of service and on a first come- first serve basis.

All sessions are offered in intentional time blocks to support flow and practitioner energy.

💆‍♀️ 15-Minute Chair Massage – $15

Seated, fully clothed massage focused on neck, shoulders, upper back, and hands.
A grounding reset for your body.

🥁 15-Minute Medicine Drum Reset – Donation-Based

Rhythmic, grounding drum sessions to help your system release tension and return to presence.

🔔 15-Minute Sacred Sound Lounge – Donation-Based

Crystal bowls and gentle tones designed to soothe, clear, and recalibrate.

💫 10-Minute Energy Reset – $15

Mini Reiki-style energy sessions to center and align your system.

🧂 30-Minute Salt Sanctuary Experience – $30

A calming salt sauna session to support relaxation, respiratory wellness, and nervous system regulation.
