Featured Speakers

Dr. Nam Tran – A graduate of The New York College of Podiatric Medicine with advanced training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital, Dr. Tran specializes in regenerative treatments and minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.

Dr. Miriam Niktash – A Temple University graduate who completed her surgical residency at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, Dr. Niktash has a special interest in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery.


Dr. Tran and Dr. Niktash will lead the discussion on common foot conditions, treatment options, and prevention strategies.


Tiffany Nesfield – A Maryland native and former University of Illinois Division I track and field athlete, Tiffany has been an active leader in the fitness industry for over 12 years.

She will guide attendees through practical strategies to improve foot function, including hands-on stability, mobility, and strengthening exercises you can immediately apply to your routine.
