Insight Out Therapy & Wellness Presents: Lean On Me - Parenting Support
✨ You don’t have to do this alone. Lean on one another. Lean on us.
Lean On Me
A Virtual Mental Health Support Group for Parents
Led by TaNica Holmes, LPC, ATR
Parenting is beautiful—and it’s also exhausting, emotional, and sometimes overwhelming. Whether you’re running on coffee, questioning if you’re “doing enough,” celebrating small wins, or holding space for your child’s mental health, Lean On Me is here for you.
Lean On Me is a virtual, therapist-facilitated mental health support group created to give parents a place to pause, exhale, and feel supported. This is your space to talk honestly about the joys and challenges of parenting at any stage—without judgment, comparison, or pressure to have it all figured out.
Each session offers:
- A practical tool you can use immediately (guided meditation, breathing technique, coping skill, reflection exercise, coloring sheet, and more)
- Open, supportive discussion with other parents who understand the mental and emotional load
- Space to process your own identity, your personal life, and your evolving role as a parent
- Insight and support for helping your children navigate their own mental health struggles
All materials needed for sessions will be provided by the clinician in advance.
This is your permission to show up as you are—tired, hopeful, overwhelmed, proud, unsure, or all of the above. Share the joyful moments. Talk through the hard ones. Learn tools to care for yourself while caring for everyone else.
