✨ Chill out with gentle movement, breathwork, and a soothing sound bath, to reset your mind and body for the week ahead ✨

🧘🏻 Sundays are for self care and rest - and we have just the session for you in the heart of London Fields!

End your week with us for a restorative and soothing experience - incorporating movement, mindfullness, breathwork and sound baths to help you ground and slow down. Facilitated by certified sound, breath, somatics practitioner Sabah Barake (@barakawellbeing).


🌿 What can you expect?

  • Somatic movement and mindfullness to reconnect with your body.
  • Deep breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system.
  • Sound Bath to drift off into max relax mode.

These practices focus on shifting us from an analytical, thinking state to a feeling, sensing state. They help regulate us and move us from "flight or flight" to "rest and digest", bringing our bodies and minds back to calm and safety. They alter our brainwave patterns to calmer states of being and the sound vibrations flow deep within our bodies down to a cellular level - relieving stress, anxiety, and overwhelm.

📝 What to bring?

  • An eye mask
  • A head rest
  • A warm covering or blanket
  • Dress warm and comfortable

Yoga mats and some blankets will be provided, but blankets are limited. The body temperature drops during the practices so it is important to stay warm.
