Join us for a gentle, beginner-friendly chair yoga class designed to support mobility, flexibility, and relaxation in a welcoming and supportive environment. This class is ideal for beginners, individuals who prefer a seated practice, seniors, or anyone looking for accessible movement.

Participants can expect slow, intentional movements, gentle stretching, and guided breathwork. All movements are adaptable, and no prior yoga experience is required.

Come as you are and move at your own pace. This is a safe, judgment-free space to reconnect with your body and support your overall well-being.

All attendees will receive a special gift bag as a thank you-for participating.

Proceeds from this class will go toward continuing to offer workshops and commuity wellness events.
