What should I wear/bring?

Please dress comfortably and warmly! We have zero gravity chairs & blankets available for all. If you prefer to lie down, we also have yoga mats available

Do I have to lie down

Accepted Answer

It is important that you nestle into a comfortable, supported position. Lying down does not work well for all bodies. We have zero gravity chairs available for all. You are welcome to sit on a cushion or or lie on a yoga mat if that works better for your body.

Do I have to have meditation experience?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to have previous meditation experience to enjoy a Sound Journey. It is different than traditional meditation, although it offers similar benefits and is often easier for beginners to navigate.
