Join us for a morning of health & wellness. We will have free workouts with some of Bham's favorites on March 7th at Gunn Dermatology.

Join us for our annual Love Your PHYSIQ Event at Gunn Dermatology.

Day 1 (MARCH 7TH) will be a fun morning prioritizing health and wellness. We will have pop up workouts with some of our favorite Bham Instructors every 45 minutes and local vendors set up for you to shop and browse! This will be in our CRESTLINE parking lot 32 Church St.

True40 will lead a 30-minute, low impact, high intensity workout that is safe and effective for all fitness levels. This body-weight workout will challenge your strength and your balance. Come celebrate movement with us

True40 's workout will be at 9:15am and it will last 30 minutes.

This will be at outside in the parking lot of Gunn Dermatology's Crestline location 32 Church St.
