What do I need to bring?

Please bring your own yoga mat. You may also wish to bring blankets, pillows, props, or eye mask to support your comfort. This is an outdoors event, consider bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, etc.

What is a sound bath?

A sound bath is a restorative, meditative experience where you lie down and relax while being immersed in soothing sounds from crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments.

Children who are able to engage in a quiet, meditative experience are welcome to attend.
