What is your refund policy?

This is CBSAR's major fundraising event. All sales are final with no refunds available. Please consider any ticket purchase a donation to Crested Butte Search and Rescue. We have no way of issuing a refund. Make sure you purchase your ticket for the correct night and program!

Are the films different each night?

Accepted Answer

We will be showing a different selection of films each night. A digital program and teaser film can be viewed before purchasing tickets on the Eventbrite ticket site.

Question 3

Can I donate more than the ticket price to help support Crested Butte Search and Rescue?

Accepted Answer

You can always make an additional donation to CBSAR by visiting our website at cbsar.org and click the donate tab. Checks can be mailed to Crested butte Search and Rescue at PO Box 485 Crested Butte, CO 81224. Additionally, we will have QR codes around the movie venue to scan and donate by Venmo.

What does the ticket price go towards?

Accepted Answer

The reveune from the purchase of a ticket goes to putting on this event. CBSAR incurs significant expenses from the Banff Center as well as the local venue for hosting the event. Any remaining revenue goes to supporting the ongoing operations of CBSAR to include training and equipment purchases.

Question 5

If I buy a ticket for one night can I change it to anther night?

Accepted Answer

All ticket sales are final. It is difficult to make any changes once a ticket is purchased. Please review your ticket order before purchasing and make sure you have selected the correct date. You will not be able to exchange dates once a ticket is purchased. Shows often sell out.
