Is there parking available?

There are nearly 90 parking spots in the main parking lot, and 45 spots in the overflow parking lot. The entrance to both lots are on N 1st St. Parking is first come first serve. There is also street parking nearby. The nearest Metro light rail station (Roosevelt/Central Av) is one block away.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the Parsons Center for Health and Wellness is fully ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible.

Will there be seating available?

Accepted Answer

While the evening's activities encourage guests to explore the different areas of the venue, we will have chairs and tables available throughout the space. Please note that seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend arriving close to doors opening at 4:30 PM to secure a spot.

Will there be food for those with dietary restrictions?

Accepted Answer

We will offer a limited amount of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot accommodate other specific dietary restrictions, so please plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.

Will alcohol be served at the event?

Accepted Answer

No. This is an alcohol-free event. We will provide non-alcoholic refreshments for guests to enjoy.

Is there a place to go if I feel overstimulated?

Accepted Answer

We will have a dedicated low-stimulus room for anyone who feels overstimulated or just needs a quiet moment away from the festivities. It’s available all evening for your convenience.

Will there be security at the event?

Yes. Professional security will be on-site out of an abundance of caution. To ensure a safe environment, entry is strictly limited to registered guests. Please have your registration confirmation ready.
