A safe space for men to notice sensations in the body, feel their emotions, and create safety in the body.

But very few spaces teach men how to:
Slow down.
Notice what’s happening in the body.
Feel emotion without being overwhelmed.
Create calm from the inside out.
This workshop is a men-only somatic healing experience designed to build nervous system steadiness — not through talking about problems endlessly, but through direct body awareness.
No performance.
No fixing.
No pressure to share.
Just learning how to feel safe in your own body.
What we’ll explore:
- How stress and emotion live in the nervous system
- Where tension tends to accumulate in the male body
- The difference between shutting down and true regulation
- How to access calm without suppressing emotion
- Practical body-based tools you can use in real life
This is experiential. You will be guided through simple somatic practices that help you build internal safety and resilience.
Sharing is optional.
Camera on or off — your choice.
This space is for you if:
- You carry stress in your body but don’t always know how to release it
- You’ve been told to “just deal with it” your whole life
- You want emotional strength without losing control
- You’re curious about body-based healing but prefer a men-only space
This is a trauma-informed, nervous-system-aware environment.

Natalie Bussell is a Somatic Healing & Embodiment Coach who works from a nervous-system-first, body-led approach. Her work centers on creating safety in the body so healing can unfold naturally — without force, pressure, or self-abandonment.
