Do participants/students play instruments?

Accepted Answer

No, the session is typically more of an active meditative experience. You'll be guided to explore different meditation, breath work, and some mindful movement. There is a goodbye song at the end where you are welcome to sing along.

Am I required to smoke or eat edibles?

Accepted Answer

No — You can come and enjoy the journey in the way that you prefer. We do not allow hard drugs.

Question 3

How smoky does it get?

Accepted Answer

It's really not that bad. We try to keep it intimate with 12 people. We have a larger space, and if it does get a little "too much," we can turn on the fans or open the windows. Also, there's a small atrium off of the prop closet where you can take a breather if you're feeling the call.
