Coherence Sessions: Small Group Somatic Energetics @Studio Be Napa
4 People, 4 Transformations, Shared Coherence
Small Group Nervous System Recalibration
@ Studio Be Napa
You don’t need to be fixed.
You need a body that feels safe enough to change.
Coherence Sessions are intimate, four-person table experiences designed for people who are thoughtful, self-aware, and ready for their physiology to match their potential.
If you’ve done the mindset work… read the books… understand your patterns… and still feel tension, reactivity, or subtle stress running underneath your life: this is where we work.
This is nervous system organization.
In a small, curated group of four, we work at the level where lasting change happens: the body’s electrical and mechanical systems. When one nervous system begins to regulate, the entire field organizes. Coherence is contagious.
These sessions are for you if:
– You feel capable but occasionally overwhelmed
– You want to respond, not react
– You’re navigating growth, change, or transition
– You’re recalibrating your relationship with your body
– You’re tired of coping and ready for sustainable stability
– You want more capacity without burning out
Most wellness spaces focus on symptoms.
We focus on baseline.
When your nervous system becomes more coherent:
– Decisions feel cleaner
– Boundaries feel natural
– Emotional charge decreases
– Sleep deepens
– Confidence stabilizes
– Your body stops bracing
Four tables. One hour. A recalibrated starting point.
Investment: $100
Limited to 4 participants
Offered select days throughout the month
Come as you are. Leave more organized than you arrived.
Health & Safety Considerations
By booking this session, you confirm you are in appropriate health to participate and will inform the practitioner of any relevant concerns.
This experience is not suitable for individuals with:
– Epilepsy
– Uncontrolled high blood pressure
– Severe heart conditions or active cardiac concerns
– Severe mental health disorders (e.g., active psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder in unstable phases)
– Recent major surgery or acute medical instability
If you are stable on medications (including SSRIs or ADHD medications), not adjusting dosages, and feel emotionally stable in daily life, you may decide whether somatic work feels appropriate for you.
If you are unsure, please reach out before booking. We are happy to guide you toward the most supportive option.
About Rachel McKenzie
Rachel McKenzie is a somatic energy practitioner specializing in nervous system forward care. Her approach blends John Amaral's Somatic Energy pricipals, Spinal Energetics, breathwork, with a grounded, physiology-first philosophy.
Rachel does not “fix” clients. She creates the conditions for the body to reorganize itself — restoring coherence, expanding capacity, and reconnecting individuals to their innate wisdom and resilience.
Her work supports individuals navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, identity shifts, and performance demands. She serves a diverse community — from skeptics and entrepreneurs to athletes and other wellness practitioners — all seeking sustainable, nervous system-led change.
Rachel is co-owner of Studio Be Napa, where she continues to expand access to nervous system-first wellness experiences for the North Bay community.
