Led by Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Erica Skone-Rees with musicians Bryce Mulholland and Shannon Hopkins, each session includes:

✔ A short grounding meditation to help you arrive

✔ An immersive sound journey for stress reduction and deep relaxation

✔ Live instruments: crystal & Tibetan bowls, monolina, handpans, guzheng (Chinese harp), acoustic guitar, frame drum, Koshi bells & more

✔ Guest musicians bring new sounds to the experience each month

✔ A peaceful, supportive space where you’re free to rest, move gently, or simply be

📈 Scientific studies suggest that sound baths can:

• Lower cortisol (stress hormone)

• Improve sleep and focus

• Support emotional regulation

• Activate the body’s natural healing response

Bring anything that helps you feel cozy and supported:

• Yoga mat, camping pad, or cushions
