You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of class and enjoy your own hard work at home!About this Dish: Welcome to the world of pizza! There are many different types of pizza across Italy. One of the most famous styles of pizza, Pizza Napoletana is a round dough that is baked for only 90 seconds in a blisteringly hot wood-fired oven. The crust is tall and fluffy with a soft and chewy center. In this class, you’ll make your own pizza dough from scratch.In this Class You Will:<ul><li>Learn about the traditions and culture of Pizza Napoletana</li></ul><ul><li>Observe as our Pizzaiolo teaches the group how to make Pizza Napoletana</li></ul><ul><li>Make your own Pizza Napoletana dough from scratch by hand to take home</li><li>Top your own Pizza Napoletana to enjoy in class with 2 glasses of wine or beer</li></ul>Please Note:<ul><li>One ticket purchase is valid for one guest</li></ul><ul><li>Seating is first-come, first-served</li></ul><ul><li>Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes</li></ul><ul><li>All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce a valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.
