The Jaguar Journey is a one-day immersive women’s retreat designed to help you reconnect with your power, your voice, and your self-worth.
This experience is co-facilitated by Licensed Clinical Social Worker Alejandra Didio and Dr. Cassie Cardoza, Psy.D., blending clinical expertise with holistic wellness practices in a safe, intentional environment.
In addition to our backgrounds in mental health, Alejandra is a certified yoga instructor and Dr. Cassie is an energy practitioner. Throughout the day, we will integrate therapeutic insight, guided reflection, nervous system regulation, movement, and grounding practices to support transformation on both a psychological and embodied level.
This is not a surface-level confidence workshop. It is a structured, experiential retreat designed to help you:
• Break through self-doubt
• Release limiting beliefs
• Reclaim your voice
• Strengthen secure, grounded self-worth
• Embody the next version of yourself with clarity and confidence
The jaguar symbolizes courage, instinct, and quiet strength. She does not seek permission. She moves with certainty.

Spots are intentionally limited to create an intimate, high-impact experience. Location will be in Sturbridge, MA next to Sturbridge Village! Make it a weekend getaway by renting a local hotel or airbnb. Exact location will be revealed upon purchase of tickets!
