本次工作坊由諮商心理師 陳榕婕 主持,帶你從內部視角認識諮商。活動中,我回顧心理學與諮商的發展歷程,幫助你更理解人類的想法、情緒與生命經驗。你也將進一步了解諮商是什麼、不是什麼,諮商室裡會發生什麼,以及第一次踏進諮商空間時,可能會有的感受。
在這場工作坊中,你將能夠:
- 更清楚了解諮商在實務中實際是如何進行的
- 探索人們尋求諮商的常見原因,以及內心可能伴隨的猶豫與擔憂
- 反思在考慮尋求支持時,關於契合度、準備狀態與情緒安全感的議題
- 學習如何選擇一種尊重你步調、價值觀與內在世界的諮商方式
本活動包含互動式活動,邀請參與者進行自我反思與連結,也將保留時間進行開放式問答。無需任何諮商相關經驗,只需要帶著你的好奇心前來。
關於講者
陳榕婕 Ivy ChenIvy Chen is a licensed counseling psychologist in Taiwan who works with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, emotional challenges, and periods of uncertainty. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from National Kaohsiung Normal University and provides counseling in both English and Mandarin. Ivy frequently supports individuals facing major life changes, identity exploration, career stress, perinatal stress, and the emotional pressures of everyday life. With a warm, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental style, Ivy believes that meaningful conversations can spark insight, growth, and change. Her approach is grounded in building strong, trusting relationships and creating a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions at their own pace. Having spent part of her early life in a multicultural environment, she is especially attuned to issues of identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences, and works collaboratively with clients to help them make sense of their inner world and discover new ways forward.
