Live Well is a local community group for busy parents, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking self-care. Join us monthly to connect, learn new practices, and fill your cup with support from like-minded people. Guest experts lead each session. See you there!

Live Well is a group of local community members coming together to connect and have a moment of self care. This group is for the busy parent, the overwhelmed entrepreneur or the person just looking to improve their day and learn new self care practices.The intention of this group is to leave with your cup more filled than when you arrived while meeting like minded people.Whether it's practicing mindfulness, engaging in physical activity, or cultivating healthy habits, this meetup is a safe space to share ideas and support each other on our self-care journeys.Each month we will experience a new self care practice and may even have local guest experts leading us through.This month, Dr. Leshelle Lencioni will help you discover how myofascial release can benefit your pelvic floor and health. You will be guided through a 45 minute myofascial release routine. The rest of the time will be connecting, giveaways, community and more! Please bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing and water. Optional but appreciated if you can bring a foam roller, lacrosse ball and/or any other type of self release ball that you may have at home. The event will be held at The Well Healing Center.
